Shipping
Nature's Finest Candles ships to the continental U.S, AK, HI and Canada. We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping per shipping address per order in the continental US. For shipments to Canada, please add $10. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add $40. Shipping in the continental U.S. can take up to 10 business days and up to 15 days for AK, HI and Canada.

Tax
Nature's Finest Candles is legally obligated to charge tax in every state in which we have a business presence. Tax rates are based on state averages. The actual tax may differ from the estimated tax shown at the time of sale.

Returns
We have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you choose to return your candles, send an email to customer.service@naturesfinestcandles.com or call 1-800-964-6804 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the return shipping address for Nature's Finest Candles. After we receive the returned candles, we will process the return and refund the full purchase price. We will not accept returns after the first 30 days.

If you choose to return a fragrance family collection or gift set that you purchased, you must return every candle in the collection. We will not provide a refund for partial returns. However, you may keep the FREE GIFT in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your collection purchase. After we receive the returned candles, we will process the return and refund the full purchase price. We will not accept returns after the first 30 days.
